I came to Springfield as a college student to work at Click Camera and Video and fell in love with the people and city. I was a manager at Monte Zinn Auto Mall, started working for a local real estate company in 2003 and launched Always Sunny Realty on December 16th, 2015. My wife, Dr. Seema Dhingra is an orthodontist with offices in Springfield, Bellefontaine and Beavercreek. We have two boys, Azie, who is a forth-year dental student at the University of Maryland and our baby Aman is a freshman at the University of Pittsburgh. My passion was to have a real estate company that was based on a team concept where we all focus on one thing…our clients.
I moved to Springfield in 1990 from Southern California where I was the director for an after-school daycare program with the Saddleback Valley Unified School District. I was fortunate to then get a job as Principal’s secretary with Catholic Central High School where I worked for 5 years and met some amazing people in the community where I have maintained friendships with through the years. I then started working for a well-known Real Estate company that then gave me the opportunity to learn about the very interesting and never boring job of advertising and marketing. I joined Sunny’s team over 13 years ago and have become part of the number one team of Realtors in the area.
As a retired Clark County Deputy Treasurer, I have over 31 years of experience working with the public on an array of real estate items. Along with my duties, I managed the counties investment portfolio of $90 million dollars. I have worked as an adjunct instructor with Clark State Community College teaching classes ranging from general accounting to intermediate accounting classes. I have a BA from Wittenberg University and Associate degree in Accounting from Clark State Community College. I am a lifelong resident of Clark County where I reside with my 10-year-old son, Evan.
I am a lifelong resident of Springfield and a graduate of Shawnee High School. After graduating high school, I became more involved in our community and worked for a local non-profit for three years. That experience helped cultivate my love for the area and what it has to offer including the inspiring people that live here. I received my BS in Business from Wright State University and began my career in marketing at an IT company in Dayton. After a couple of years in the corporate setting, I recently made a change and joined the number one real estate team in Springfield at the beginning of 2017.
